Straight outta Cebu – the home of lechon! Back in 2016, my husband Lemuel started roasting up lechon that quickly became the talk of our family and friends. With so many people raving about it, we decided to turn his passion into a full-blown business. Lemuel didn’t just perfect the recipe – he even built his own rotisserie machine!
